I'm with Ben here, the type that would think the dice are rigged, would certainly think the dice were rigged against their insurance bet if they lost money taking it and would be convinced the dice are rigged if they made money taking it. I doubt many of those types would take insurance against rigged dice in the first place, because they would be too suspicious of the insurance bet being rigged.

But, you may get both rational and irrational players willing to take insurance on big cubes to protect against huge swings, especially if the vig is reasonable, which could be a money maker for the site.
