Question about Giants voting

In Response To: My take on the Giants list (Matt Cohn-Geier)

Is each voter assigned the same weight? If yes, then I regard that as a huge flaw. In my opinion, if someone has played in 10 tournaments, their vote should count 10 times as much as someone who has played in only one tournament.

Also, if someone has played in the tournaments of different continents, their vote should be accorded more weight than someone who has played in the tournaments of just a single continent ... although I'm not sure what that weighting factor should be.
