The Tournament Directors Advisory Committee, which is comprised of 8 TDs collaborated with the USBGF Rules Committee on developing these rules and has unanimously endorsed them. Jeb is their chairman and was directly embedded with the Committee during all discussions and all proposed rule changes that emerged had unanimous agreement.
