The bum owes you $150. You made an agreement, tough shit, he needs to live with it right or wrong. Sadly this made me think of in Prague when I had to prove my case of why I should be getting the free entry I was promised in the last tournament. If he had talked to the experts and figured out he got the good end of the deal would he have sent you more money? How would he have reacted if the roles were reversed and you were the one who sent him a lesser sum of money? Any of these scenarios should make it clear to him that he owes you 150.
