Help understanding the right play

I gather from some of the comments that bots recommend 13/9 11/9 and that a robust rollout may support that play by a small amount, instead of 13/7*. And I'm assuming that the right play for money is 13/7*.
If so, the explanation for the bot's preference is the score. 13/7* appears to be slightly more gammonish for both sides and the gammon balance slightly favors the trailer. Leader is more reluctant than for money to raise the stakes in a mutually gammonish position, and trailer gets more for his potential recube than for money. For instance, after 13/7* ... fan, Leader has a money double/take but a no double (perhaps a marginal double) at the score. That, plus the fact that leader's cash point is slightly higher than for money, which means he's further from a double than for money, speak for 13/9 13/11, the less gammonish play, which actually makes a 4-prime, and leaves two fewer blots, and allows Leader to tighten the squeeze when things go right, leading to a more efficient and less dangerous double.
My current rollout machine has a 1.0 GHz Celeron chip with 384 MB RAM. Superb!
