But

i) Pre 1995 is 20 years ago not 19. Also that is upper bound. There are probably matches in there from more than 25 - 30 years ago also.

ii) When I say 4.somethin I mean when playing another top player. There are probably matches in there with fish adjustments that hurt PR.
