This is contrary to the VRR crowds goal of always making the best play to win the match. Suppose you think there is a play that is a slight technical error but which drastically complicates the game to your benefit and gives better MWC. With a VRR approach you should make that play but with this method you get penalized by plays that make your opponent play worse.
