Hand-recording matches

Recently on this forum, someone asked how to nactate 22 played 24/22(2) 11/7; figuring out the answer to that question is going to take me longer than just writing down "24/22(2) 11/7." The question is whether I can find a method that takes even less time than that, at least on average.
I've recorded many matches, but few while playing; for me it is a distraction.
Anyway, most of the time, I'd notate "22 24/22(2) 11/7" simply as "22 2 7". Opening 21 would be "21 6 5". A 55 blitz would be "55 3 1." I always note the dice roll and usually note hits with an "*". I've found that on the rare occasion that I've made a mistake in transcription, I can find the correct play with the dice roll and hits, even if I've written the dice roll down wrong. I use an underscore to denote a pointmaking play. Forced moves need nothing more than the dice roll and one or more checkmarks (I'll use two, for instance, to make doubly sure that I've noted correctly that two checkers have been borne off). Very rarely is it necessary to note the source point. I try to be brief, but also try to make a transcript that someone other than myself, who has not seen the match, could also decipher accurately and quickly.
