If pen and paper to keep moves are aids then is camera considered as aid since rules strictly prohibit any ELECTRONIC aid.

An interesting question. For me, the relevant difference is that the player has no capacity to manipulate the image to assist his game while it's in progress. With a pen and paper, you could theoretically keep all kinds of notes of your own or use the scratch space as a means to calculate equities etc.

So I wouldn't class the camera as a possible aid while the match is in progress.
