Should markings be found that suggest calculations, notes, counts or any other content not relevant to simple transcription, the match should be awarded to the opponent.
Ehm...no.
As others have pointed out there are a bunch of different ways to record a match. Suppose you mark down the time at the beginning of each game (or midway through a game?). Should recording the time remaining be grounds for disqualification? What if you write down the score as "-4, -4"?
