In Response To: PR match strategy (Bob Koca)

Koka; "i) Is a good rule set one which encourages a player to make some intentional theoretical errors when one of the reasons for the tournament in the first place was to increase the importance of skill in the tournament?"

It appears that knowledge of the PR calculations and how to use that knowledge to your advantage is an added skill for the event.
