Resignation do not count as a decision: to verify that. Just start a game, make one move (opening or reply) and resign:

• Total Errors (Blunders) 1 (1)

Equity (Cost) -1.265 (-13.77%)

Decisions 1

• Checker Errors (Blunders) None

Unforced Moves 1

• Resigns (Blunders) 1 (1)

Equity (Cost) -1.265 (-13.77%)

note that in version 2, by default, Resign errors are not counted (as several online sites fail to save the last roll when a player resigns). You can change that setting in the "analysis" tab of the option window.
