Rod: I found http://usbgf.org/member-ratings/ but it has no "average points/tournament". The column Master Points is ABT points ... which are awarded for just the Open/Advanced/Novice event at each ABT tournament. The column "Events" is a count of ALL events ... which includes Masters ... which doesn't award ABT points. You can't divide one into the other to come out with average points/tournament. They either need to assign Master Points to old and new events which didn't previously assign them ... or reduce Events to just cover the Open/Advanced/Novice tournaments.

Other than that technicality, I agree with your conclusion that average ABT points/tournament would be the best metric to rate people.
