Rod, there is a very good chance a match between two intermediates won't be broadcasted. Let me repeat, they have the right not to broadcast their match. And they also just need to ask not to post the match - just do so before the match.

I will not agree on posting matches bellow a certain PR only. From reading othet's responses I see that the majority agree with me. If public changes their minds over the time, I will stop doing what I am doing.

I dont see how PR of any particular match is embarasing. No one is perfect. We are only humans.
