I think Taper_Mike and MishyPoo would make good captains. At least they both seem to be very nice people judging from their posts here.

How about the captains pick the plays depending on the votes they get, but also weighing the number of votes but also the arguments for each play? Could also be fun to add how positive you are about a play (and as mentioned why).
