BGO vs. BGO OLM Update

I like the idea of having 2 people who have been frequent and regular contributors to the OLM serve as captains. The aformentioned TaperMike and MishyPoo seem like good choices.

RE: tie-breaks - If Jason doesn't want the captains to break ties, either by their original vote or by looking at others' posts and then deciding (which would require an additional step), how about each team selecting one player whose vote would break a tie?
