So for example, when I say that it is right to use 21.5 for the take point for money, I am also saying that XG also uses something very close to that for a typical race. Below is a clear example that supports that claim. This position is just above 21.5 winning chances and it is a bare take.

"Just above" ... but 21.82% is closer to 22.0% than to 21.5%. Why do you round down to 21.5 instead of up to 22.0?
