In Response To: Impossible Ruling (Bob Koca)

He's commenting about the dichotomy created by differing sets of rules. On the one hand he prefers the "legal moves" rules events. But on the other hand when playing by nlm rules, he argues that he must make avail of all the rules that allow "illegal moves" to increase his chance of winning. - it depends upon the conditions of contest. if one plays in an event with nlm, but corrects one's opponents errors to one's own detriment, it is unfairly handicapping one's own chances vs. the field.

Though I have absolutely no evidence to suggest it, I suspect that some illegal plays are being allowed in LM events by players that would "use their edges" against lesser players.
