I think this is the responsibility of the tournament to explicitly state that they may choose to stream whichever matches from various events that they choose.

Ultimately, streaming is a necessary stepping stone on the way to more encompassing and broader delivery of backgammon as a public spectacle.

Refusing to be streamed, IMO, is ridiculous. Its like saying "I insist on using my dice", or something equally obtuse. Its also like the spectator rules - essentially live streaming is for spectators, only these ones won't be able to make any noise to distract you.

TD's: Make it compulsory and part of your rules that YOU dictate what gets streamed, not the players. It is YOUR tournament.
