Would it be an idea to have an irregularities log per match.

Say, I make an illegal move - you get to punch the clock back - and point out the error (on my - new - 12s bronstein time).

I then have to log the illegal move, noting score, type of irregularity, and signature acknowledging the error made. This should about ensure that I at least do not gain thinking time from making the error, and also ensure that the error does not go all unnoticed. On, say, the 3rd error TD could be called and time penalties could be incurred.

Of course, as always, if I do not agree that an illegal move was played the clock is stopped and TD called to rule.
