Suggestions to avoid illegal moves

In Response To: Bill Finneran vs. Sam Ahmed – Illegal Move (Taper_Mike)

Assuming you want legal moves:
1. Enforce touch-move.
2. The players must announce (call, read loudly) the dice after they have landed.

It may have not helped in this case but in many others, imho.
