I understand it's important to shake your dice...

I agree. I think Phil's new scrambler is a big step forward and I have agreed to play without cups when using it, but I have still noticed people, on occasion, subtlety arranging the dice before rolling. While this may not be effective, it is disconcerting because it is has not been proven to be so. I think people should still shake the dice in their hand before rolling, at least to give the intent of creating a random roll, until it can be proven that there is no way to influence the result with a particular device.
