I'd use the Trice adjusted pipcout.

For blue, no adjustment needed. For white, add two for the extra checker and subtract one for the additional homeboard point.

That gives an adjusted count of 19 to 22. Blue's point of last take is two pips (19-5)/7 == 2. He's three behind, so that says D/P to me.

Two pips down would be about 22%, so to answer the question I figure 20% GWC for blue.
