Sorry Timothy, I've read your EPCs the other way. Anyway, 30 vs 27 for the doubler would mislead you, too. In short races 10% EPC lead seems to give ca. 80% GWC. A 4 pip deficit would give about 50%. So 24.5 vs 27 would be 80%, and 31 vs 27 would be 50%, so a pip is worth 30% (from 80 - 50) / 6.5 (from 31 - 24.5) = about 4,5%. So you 30 vs 27 would give you about 55% GWC for the doubler.
