GNU rollout

In Response To: Novi Consolation Final -- Critical Juncture -- Position 1 (Bill Riles)

GNU 2-ply eval: double/take after 8/1 and 5/1 6/3, double/pass after any other play.

Rolling out the double/pass plays before the upcoming cube is pointless. The rollout equity will be -1.000.

Instead I rolled out the resulting positions after the four plays mentioned in the thread with the cube taken and Bill on roll. I've also added the fifth play mentioned today by David Rockwell.

2-ply rollout, 1296 games
