The friction of the turning wheels. Here's how fast the conveyor has to move: fast enough that the friction in the wheels is equal to the thrust of the engines. Put another way, the whole power output of the engines is being dumped as heat into the wheel assemblies.
The wheels will melt before the plane can take off.
