Cube action?

1. Do you know the take point and gammon values AtS?
2. Are you able to make reasonable estimates of the win/gammon breakdowns for each player?

If so, why not try it out and see what you come up with? While this process may not tell you whether to cube or not specifically it is your bottom line answer of whether or not the position is a take or a pass.
