The first thing I'm wondering about is whether you're getting full usage of your CPU's. (E.g. is it possible you are only using half of them? Is your CPU speed on a governor to keep things cool? Lots more questions can be asked.)

I'm wondering whether AMD chips have a different architecture and the Passmark score doesn't corelate.

Xavier may be able to answer that one.
