Even though you keep trying to bring up other things, my only point is this:

You somehow tested the app on 2 devices but didn't buy the app.

=> The app you tested was not the latest version.

=> This old version did not have support for the Nexus 4 at the time.

=> The current version does have support for the Nexus 4.
