Reduce the number of players people vote for to no more than 25

In Response To: Reduce the number of players people vote for to no more than 25 (Matt Cohn-Geier)

My point remains that if you put 32 spaces on the ballot, most voters will vote for 32 rather than 16 or 25 or whatever.

I see some interest in reducing to 25 and I hope next time this is done.
