Reduce the number of players people vote for to no more than 25

MCG "David Rockwell mentioned that some of the people further down the list could be de-incentivized to vote by making the list shorter."

While I agree with most everything David says here, I don't agree with this and also don't agree that it would matter to most if you weren't allowed to vote for yourself and didn't receive one automatic 2nd place vote.

Anyhow this process needs to be made simpler and less time consuming for both those who vote and for those who are working hard to tabulate the results.

As for voting by mail, I can't recall the last time I mailed my ballot in. I simply voted by emailing as usual.
