Where is Dmitry?FLAWS

For me the list this year look better than before but again there are some serious flaws, i can't understand how is possible guy like Dmitry who is regulary on tour, regulary showing great PR's not to be even in the runner -ups(33-64) instead of some random guys who made it or guyes without live event last 5 years. I understand it takes time people to recognize u and get votes but i was pretty sure he will be at least close to top 32 even he deserves better spot and he is not even in top 64-Ridiculous!
David Wells- how is even possible...? Ok he is not the most active guy in tourneys, but i can name 10 less active guys before him in the rabking....And he is better then most-serious flaw in the ranking
Mcg-again 5??? Come on people we should be blind, MCG for me is for sure top 2 if not number 1 player nowdays if he happend to make it to number 5 2 years ago when he was not that good as now, how is that possible i can accept number 3 for him but 5 is serious flaw!
Otherwise is good to see guys as Petko and Victor finally get some recognition.
Again i'm not telling this to criticize, i love the Giants List, just i can't understand how people vote and if they are blind, some people in are just random tourists and to get them in they should have at least 20+ ballots in i guess.
