I dont understand - theres lots of matches between top players all the time. Just wait for a tournament, they typically get broadcast, or, heaven forbid, you could go to a tournament, and get a front row seat.
What you describe in your old post is a ladder that will ultimately be more descriptive of deeper pockets than of BG ability.
