Let's update the list 2014

That's a lot of 'territories'. I wonder how they define that. Last check there were under 200 countries in the world so this seems like a huge number to have visited.

After writing that I checked with Google quickly and Google tells me there's ~196 countries in the world and ~61 territories. Visiting 250+ seems pretty obnoxious.
