Hi my friend, Maareyes. Extreme Gammon is the best and the most used by everyone in Backgammon. You would find if you used it that it is faster and has a lot of features that help you learn the game.I am not saying that GNU is not good, I am only saying that Extreme Gammon is better.Several use both including myself but as I do a lot of transcribing,Extreme Gammon is what everyone wants for analysis and it has a special feature for transcribing which makes it easier than GNU.The price is very reasonable and if you join USBGF you would get a discount when you purchase XG. Phil Simborg gives a tutorial on the many features of XG and shows you how to use it to help you improve your game.I am 100% sure that you would improve your game more so why not download it and you would have a free trial version when you download it for the first time and then if you do not like it you do not have to buy it just uninstall.I am not sure how long the trial version is for but it should be enough for you to try it out.
