Although I agree that PR can be an used to estimate level of play - I completely disagree with using that as the only measure. Too often on this site the PR is mentioned as the ONLY measure of how players are ranked. I think this is very wrong. I think there are many other variables along with PR that makes the Giants the Giants. For Example... There is a guy you may know - His name is Ray Fogerlund. You might have heard of him, he has a relatively average PR. He is never mentioned as the best PR player but you may want to look up his record. But .... he seems to win once in a while. Actually quite a lot. His PR is high according to your standards.

Want to win or have a low pr... I`ll take the win like Ray...
