What would you rule? - Counting out loud

An interesting situation come up in DC. What would you rule?

- Clocked match.
- Player A's turn.
- Player A did a pip count counting out loud.
- Player B asked player A not to count out loud.

Let's say player A refuses, what do you rule? Can a player require that his opponent not count out loud?
