What would you rule? - Counting out loud

I have never experienced this happen.

If it did happen to me, I'd be inclined to let my opponent count out loud. It's his turn and his time ticking down and it's not against the rules.

If it disturbs my counting, so be it. Then I can count on my own time when it's my turn.

I think it's rude of the opponent to disturb the player on roll who is trying to do a count.
