In Response To: Another chess cheater busted! (Bob Koca)

My suggestion is that authority expelling a "cheater" should give him a chance to vindicate finding at least one player supporting it's point, being with lower ELO than the cheater, "because of his cheating" and ready to hold the case in a Knightly fight. Otherwise I do not respect authorities naming "cheaters" or "psycho patients". I do not claim anything and I am not obliged to prove anything. I do not say "cheaters" are not cheaters. Authorities should prove before leaking info against possible and probable brilliant minds.

Otherwise better have cops. Or do we have cops aping authority?
