Another chess cheater busted!

I have not seen proof about the cheating of the Bulgarian player. I only know he was expelled or banned for some period of time. But I know for sure he called Bulgarian fed names "good for nothing" or something. Of course I am ready to apologize if I did not get all info.

My suggestion is, in such cases, to let the accused prove himself by playing a legally 'inferior' player (because of his supposed cheating) who insists about the accused cheating, with strict prevention of cheating and a solid stake. In this case he would be vindicated if he won and punished if he lost. I do not like dispensing "justice" from the position of power in the field of sports. But it happens very often.
