Yes I do. If the authority says Player C (cheater) is cheater, but the authority cannot find player O (ONE player who has lower ELO than C because that ONE did not cheat), I think the authority deserves no faith.

I said I am ready to apologize if I did not have enough info - in our Bulgarian case. I do not take a stance even on it. But I entered this thread because a bad name for Bulgaria was used and, to me, I do not have a convincing explanation about decisions against this guy. Only words and fingers.

If someone is too good, he is a witch!
