In Response To: Another chess cheater busted! (Bob Koca)

The authority claims the "cheater" got his results cheating and got an unfair high ELO. But the proof is only words or at best "fingers"= democracy. The "cheater" should be allowed to be vindicated if he beat ANY player , nominated by the authority with an "unfair" lower ELO than the cheater. At least the public may have an unbiased data about the case instead of words and fingers.
