Yes, a Player named "cheater" should have the RIGHT to defend against any player the authority picks and claims is stronger but is with lower elo because of the cheating. And the authority should pay a fine to the "cheater" if he accepts and beats ANY player the authority nominates. If the authority cannot find ONE player meeting the requirement, all it's words deserve little faith. The authority should create every possible comfort - media and material for such events. The cheater should finally accept and pay the match stake and pay the fine and/or other punishment if he loses. Punishment should take into account the PR performance of players during such match=

No more words, or fingers or even court. Because we are humans and life is very short, my friend. We could do something better than tarnish...
