The Rules of the JBL are very similar to the EuBGF Rules as both are based on an earlier set of Rules adopted by Denmark, Japan and the WBA. The main difference is the required setting for clock bank time (2.5 x the match length in minutes rather than 2.0 x)
Here is the link to the rules page on the JBL website:

Here is a google translation of the key clause:
"4.2 Move
1 Checker operation
Players must move clearly checkers with one hand.
2 Handling of Checker
Play until the other party to complete the play, you can not touch the checker.
3 Illegal Move
a. The player has completed the play in an illegal move (move that is not allowed on the rules), and if the next play (roll-double) has not been made, should not to be remedied in the correct move immediately pointed out. Right to make a point out of an illegal move has only both name and tournament director opposite station's (and the tournament who the director was nominated).
b.If you are not using the clock, the player is transmitted to the other party that an illegal move has been made, the fact is to start over the move to return the dice Once approved.
c. If you are using a clock, the player to stop the clock, tell the other party that an illegal move has been made. The fact is returned the dice Once approved, to start over the move to resume the clock. At that time, the clock of the security time (12 seconds) is not resurrected.
d. Player to repeat the illegal Move many times, a warning is issued by the director. If you still can not Aratamara measures such as penalty point is taken.
2. Errors in the initial placement
If there is an error in the initial placement of at the start of the game, it is possible to fix the (second time of roll before the = first move), then correct placement roll front of the 3-hand eye. If an error is discovered after the roll of 3-hand first, the player can have the following selection against opponents that were erroneous.
a. As it is to continue the game (not to correct errors of lack checker and position). Even checker is not enough, gammon and backgammon is approved.
b. Resume the game by the checker that was not enough to Onzaba (error of position is not modified)."
