Clock rule 5.1.

In Response To: Clock rule 5.1. (Tom Keith)

I'm not sure what I think of this rule myself, but the philosophy behind it seems to be that the loser of a gin game has the right to minimize his agony by committing suicide, so to speak. The director then needs to be summoned to enforce this right if the winner contests it.
