What is the lowest winning % for Too good?

An interesting question which I would have liked to have included in my book Backgammon Funfair.

It's easy to answer this theoretically. If you either win a gammon or lose a single, then with a 2/3 chance of winning a gammon, your equity is +1.

(2/3 * 2) + (1/3 * -1) = +1

If you either win a backgammon or lose a single, then with a 1/2 chance of winning a backgammon, your equity is +1.

(1/2 * 3) + (1/2 * -1) = +1

How close to 1/2 can you get?
