Why I wanted to know.

Alright.

I am less interested in finding tricky position actually. It should be money game and it should be a natural position, not an artificially created position.
Please don't ask me definition of a natural position - I have no answer for it.

The reason why I wanted to know the lowest winning % is that I come up with the tips below.

"When your opponent has 33.3% or more winning chance, your position never be a too good to double." (Maybe 30% is already enough.)

I think this tips is useful over the board.
