I (and probably many others) had a similar idea, even discussed it with fellow club members on Monday, Nov. 25! Probably the future is not that far away. Today a good BG board is easily ~$600.00, a mini laptop- about the half.On top of that-no need for streaming (cost), no need for transcriptions, immediate availability, storage on server etc..There are some points to consider: disabling the pip count, incorporating a clock( or use of external one), spare WI-FI routers , but all small things compared to what would have been accomplished.
