Let me preface by saying that I am not promoting a new rule, only adding my opinion to the proposed new one.

The original is ambiguous by using the word "considering", so I'm not sure it addresses the 3-1 opener either. I agree with the other sentiment posted that I prefer the non-slider 6-1.

Selective enforcement should solve it, but if not then a simple modification would be to apply it after the first pair of openers.
