Make a ruling

To me, the match is over when it's gin. There's all kinds of irregular things people do in gin positions, like reset the checkers, throw the other checkers on the board, leave the checkers where they are and stand up from the table, etc. To me, the match is over even if the player never throws the dice, so I'm certainly not going to allow him to lose because he technically never removed the 15th checker from the playing surface.
